Joanne Granozio has been with Associa Mid-Atlantic since 2013. Her career spans 30 years in the property management industry across various positions. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).  For many years, Ms. Granozio has served on the Pennsylvania chapter’s South Jersey Regional council. She holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations from Community Associations.

Tasia joined the Associa family in 2023 as a community association manager. In early 2025, she further expanded her skills by cross-training to become the Pennsylvania business development manager. Known for her warmth and personable approach, Tasia is passionate about welcoming new communities into the Associa family. She is a southern Maryland native and has also worked as a full-time realtor.
