Joanne Granozio has been with Associa Mid-Atlantic since 2013. Her career spans 30 years in the property management industry across various positions. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).  For many years, Ms. Granozio has served on the Pennsylvania chapter’s South Jersey Regional council. She holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations from Community Associations.

Tony is a relationship-driven professional who has spent much of his career helping businesses solve problems, reduce costs, and find new growth opportunities. He has firsthand experience with community associations, previously serving as vice president of his HOA for three years.
